- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 12 oz. crabmeat
- 1 lb. codfish
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 10 oz. okra, in 1/2-inch slices
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cook onion, celery and potatoes in V-8 juice until potatoes are done. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Add shrimp, scallops and fish. Cook 5 minutes. Add okra and crab for 5 minutes.
