Ingredients

  • 1 tilapia
  • 1 shrimp
  • 1 brown rice
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 broccoli, chopped
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 honey
  • 1 soy sauce
  • 1 balsamic vinegar
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 1 garlic cloves or powder
  • 1 basil
  • 1 parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine the ingredients for marinade & let tilapia and shrimp marinate for 15-30 min, depending on quantity your cooking.

    Boil/cook rice

    Add oil to pan and cook garlic for 15 seconds or so.

    Add chopped tomato, broccoli, onion, & shrimp and your seasonings.

    In separate pan, heat oil and cook tilapia.

    (I like mine blackened)

    When done place over rice and vuala!
