Ingredients
- 1 tilapia
- 1 shrimp
- 1 brown rice
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 broccoli, chopped
- 1 olive oil
- 1 honey
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 balsamic vinegar
- 1 salt & pepper
- 1 garlic cloves or powder
- 1 basil
- 1 parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine the ingredients for marinade & let tilapia and shrimp marinate for 15-30 min, depending on quantity your cooking.

2Boil/cook rice

3Add oil to pan and cook garlic for 15 seconds or so.

4Add chopped tomato, broccoli, onion, & shrimp and your seasonings.

5In separate pan, heat oil and cook tilapia.

6(I like mine blackened)

7When done place over rice and vuala!
