- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

2The above is great on salmon done on a bbq grill.

3You combine brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce in med. bowl;whisk to blend.

4Transfer 1 tbsp. of glaze to a small bowl, mix in rice vinegar and set aside.

5Brush 1 side of salmon steaks (generously) with half of glaze in med. bowl.

6Place steak glazed side down, on bbq, grill until glaze is slightly charred, about 4 min.

7Brush top side of steak with remaining glaze in med. bowl.
