Seashell - Broccoli Salad

- 1 lb. small seashells
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. box chopped broccoli
- 1/2 pt. light whipping cream
Directions

1Cook seashells as directed on the box.

2Then drain.

3In frying pan, cook bacon until crisp and drain.

4Then place crumbled bacon in deep saucepan.

5Add margarine and garlic and the box of chopped broccoli.

6Saute 7 to 8 minutes.

7To this mixture, add light whipping cream and Parmesan cheese.

8Cook until cheese is melted. Add the cooked seashells and mix well.

9Keep warm until ready to serve.
