  • 4 cups roma tomatoes, halved skin on
  • red wine vinegar
  • kosher salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Directions

    Place tomatoes on oiled smoker rack, sprinkle with vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Smoke tomatoes for 12 minutes.
