- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 1 lb. white fish fillets, cut in 2-inch pieces
Directions

1In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.

2Add juice and remaining ingredients, except fish.

3Bring to a boil; stir to separate beans.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Stir occasionally.

6Add fish and cook 10 minutes more or until fish is done.

7Makes about 6 cups (4 servings).
