- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. onions
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Directions

1Mix soup and water together; reserve 3/4 of this and mix all other ingredients together.

2Make medium-sized meatballs and brown in shortening in skillet.

3Pour off fat.

4Add reserved soup. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
