Seaside Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish (such as cod or sole)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic or equivalent garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
- dill or parsley, chopped
Directions

1Clean fish and wipe off excess water.

2Cut into serving pieces or cubes; set aside.

3Saute onion in butter until soft but not browned.

4Add garlic and fish to onions; heat to simmer.

5Cook for 10 to 20 minutes until fish is just tender and flakes easily. Don't overcook.

6Add salt and pepper.

7Sprinkle with lemon juice; set aside.
