- 1 lb orange roughy
- 14 cup butter
- 23 cup seasoned dry bread crumb, finely crushed
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 cup mushroom, sliced
- 14 cup almonds, slivered
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter in oven.

2In a separate pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder.

3Dip fish in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.

4Arrange coated fish in 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Sprinkle with wine and lemon juice being careful to sprinkle evenly over fish.

6Sprinkle mushrooms and almonds on top.

7Bake covered at 350 for 25 minutes.
