- 1 head Cabbage
- 1 large Yellow onion
- 2 Cucumbers
- 6 medium Green tomatoes
- 3 pints Apple cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 cup White sugar
Directions

1Chop up all vegetables (doesn't have to be very finely chopped but just a tad bit bigger)

2Put veggies in large pot and add vinegar and sugar

3Turn on heat and bring to boil, cook on medium for 20 minutes (start time when it starts to boil)

4Jars should be in a water bath that is hot along with lids, take jars out each at a time and fill to first ring

5Wipe off rim of jar and place hot lid and ring on top and screw tight and place on dry towel on counter

6Wait until all lids have sealed and made a pop sound then store, if jar did not seal it has to be refrigerated

7Makes around 10 pint sized jars
