- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until onions are tender but not brown.

2Add rice, broth and seasonings.

3Bring to a boil; stir once.

4Cover and simmer for 14 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.

5Serves 6.
