  • 1 lb venison or 1 lb beef, cubed
  • 14 teaspoon sage
  • 14 teaspoon marjoram
  • 14 teaspoon onion powder
  • 34 teaspoon dried garlic flakes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

    Put oil in pan and heat on medium.
