- 500 gm. mutton
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. green chilies, finely cut
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
- onion
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- 1/4 tsp. red chili (powder)
Directions

1Wash mutton and put twice through mincer.

2Add to it the green chilies, ginger and garlic.

3Then salt, pepper and onion.

4Mix spices well in the mincer and make kabobs in the form of ping-pong ball size and shape.

5Push skewers through kabobs.

6Pat and mold until mince clings around skewers.
