- 5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Mix flour and eggs.

2Add to well beaten eggs.

3Add milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla.

4Mix well. Grease 9-inch pie pan with butter.

5Pour mixture in pan.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg.

7Bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes.

8Pie will rise while baking, but will fall while cooling.
