- 2 large or 3 medium eggs
- 2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 2/3 c. brown or white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 1/4 c. whole wheat or enriched plain flour
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except water together in a large bowl. Stir in water gradually until well mixed.

2Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
