- 1 to 1 1/2 smoked ham shanks
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 qt. water
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 cubed potatoes
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
Directions
