- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes or 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. uncooked noodles
- 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Chop onion; grate cheese and set aside.

2Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until onion is clear.

3Add tomatoes or tomato sauce.

4Add noodles and cover pan.

5Cook on low for 10 minutes until noodles are done.

6Add Cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
