  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 White onion sliced
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 10 Serrano Chiles (stemless)
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro (stemless)
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

    Heat vegetable oil in pan and gently brown onions.

    Flash cook chiles and garlic cloves on hot flat pan, grill or Comal for 1 minute.

    Add all ingredients to blender and pulverized.
