- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Directions

1Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water, about 15 minutes or just until tender, but still crisp; drain.

2In a small pan, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame seeds.

3Heat to boiling.

4Pour over hot broccoli, turning to coat. Serve hot.

5Yields 4 to 5 servings.
