  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c. sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, celery, onion, garlic salt, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce. Beat until well blended.

    Shape into a ball.

    Roll in sesame seeds.

    Cover, refrigerate.

    Serve with crackers.

    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
