Sesame Chicken

  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

Directions

    Beat egg and soy sauce together.

    Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs, sesame seed and ginger mix.

    Saute in nonstick pan sprayed with Pam or bake in oven 20 minutes at 375° or until done. Serves 4.
