- 14 cup cornstarch
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 12 teaspoons powdered ginger (if using fresh use 1/2 the amount)
- 34 cup sugar
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup sherry wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 -3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 34 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions

1Combine first seven ingredients for sauce.

2Put in a quart jar; shake and refrigerate till needed.

3Mix chicken and soy sauce.

4Stir in egg.

5Add cornstarch and mix till chicken is coated.

6Fry the chicken until crispy and well done.

7Drain.

8Add the sauce mixture and the chicken to a clean wok or skillet.

9Cook until thick.

10Add water if it gets too thick.

11Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
