  • 1 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • bread crumbs
  • sesame seed

Directions

    Combine orange juice, soy sauce and garlic powder in baking dish.

    Marinate chicken breasts 4 to 5 hours.

    Combine bread crumbs and sesame seed; bread both sides of chicken breasts and return to baking dish with marinade.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Serve with marinade as sauce.
