Ingredients
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 4 thinly sliced green onions
Directions

1Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.

2In large frying pan, combine sesame seeds and oil; cook over medium/low heat stirring occasionally until seeds are golden (about 2 minutes).

3Let cool and add soy sauce, sugar, ginger, pepper, garlic and HALF the green onions.

4Add chicken, cover and chill 1-4 hours.

5Arrange chicken with the marinade in a single layer in a 10X15 baking pan. Broil about 6 inches from the heat until golden (about 10 minutes).

6Turn pieces over and continue broiling until chicken is no longer pink inside (about 5 minutes longer).

7Serve over rice and garnish with remaining onions.
