  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/8 c. parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • sesame seed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except chicken and butter.

    Dip chicken in butter and roll into mixture.

    Bake at 350° uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
