- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. low-fat milk
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 frying chicken (about 2 1/2 lb.), cut into serving pieces
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat egg and milk.

3In a plastic bag, combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and sesame seed.

4Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then shake one piece at a time in plastic bag.

5Place skin side up in baking dish.

6Pour melted margarine over and bake about one hour or until done.

7Serves 5.
