Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 -6 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk, beaten with
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- white sesame seeds
Directions

1Marinate chicken cubes with egg yolk and salt for 15 minutes.

2Lightly dust chicken with cornstarch shaking off the excess.

3Add 3 tablespoons oil to a hot pan over high heat.

4Add the chicken and cook ove side until goldden brown, about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.

5Turn the chicken over and cook until done.

6Add oil when needed.

7Mix the sauce ingredients.

8Add sauce to pan.

9Stir until chicken is coated with the sauce thouroughly.

10Remove chicken onto a plate.

11Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

12Serve with rice.
