- 2 large eggs
- 12 cup milk
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 12 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 12 cup sesame seeds
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, fat discarded,washed,and patted dry
- 3 -4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, season to taste with salt and pepper, and set aside.

2Stir together flour and next 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.

3Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, and dredge in flour mixture, pressing mixture to coat.

4Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5Add chicken and cook, turning once, until lightly browned on both sides.

6Reduce heat to medium, and cook until done and golden brown, turning several times.
