  • 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed

Directions

    Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture; then in flour mixture. Melt 1/2 cup butter in baking pan.

    Place chicken, skin side down, in single layer in pan.

    Bake 1/2 hour in 400° oven; turn and bake 1/2 hour in 350° oven.
