- 1 pound kale
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock low fat, low sodium plus 2 teasp
- 2 teaspoons lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash the kale, but let the water cling to it.

2Cut off and discard the toughstems.

3Slice the leaves once down the middle, then cut them crosswise into 1inch wide strips.

4In a wok, heat the oil.

5Add the garlic.

6Saute for 10 seconds.

7Add the kale and the stock.
-
8Cover and steam for 3 minutes until thekale wilts.

9Add the soy sauce.

10Top the kale with sesame seeds and fresh ground pepper.

11Serve.
