- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 3 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce (more Or Less To Taste)
- 9 ounces, weight Chopped Cooked Chicken
- 12 ounces, weight Udon Noodles
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Sliced
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro (fresh, Chopped)
- 1/2 cups Peanuts, Crushed

2In a small bowl stir together vinegar, green onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger paste and chili garlic sauce.

3Put the chopped cooked chicken in a medium sized bowl.
