- 3 cups hot water
- 2 (7 ounce) packages fresh udon noodles (may sub cooked spaghetti)
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Combine water and noodles in a bowl.

2Cover and let stand 3 minutes and then drain.

3Heat oil in a large skillet over high.

4Add noodles and stir fry for 1 minute.

5Finish with sesame oil.

6Toss with cilantro, salt, and pepper.
