- Vegetable oil spray
- 2 whole-wheat pita pockets
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions

1Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil.

3Separate the pita pockets into halves.

4Cut each half into 8 sections.

6Combine egg whites and sesame oil in a glass or ceramic bowl.

7Brush the egg-white mixture on both sides of the pita.

8Sprinkle both sides with sesame seeds.

9Place on the baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 10 minutes.
