  • 50 grams Sesame paste
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 600 ml Milk
  • 15 grams Powdered gelatin
  • 20 ml Hot water

Directions

    Add the sesame paste, sugar, and milk into a pot, and turn on the heat.

    Add the gelatin soaked in hot water, and dissolve.

    Set the pot in a bowl of ice-cold water to cool.

    Pour the mixture into molds and chill it in the fridge to harden.
