- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- sesame seed
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and garlic in a medium bowl.

2Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.

3Stir in sour cream lightly until pastry holds together and leaves the sides of the bowl.

4Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

5Preheat oven to 400°.

6Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 1/4-inch.

7Cut with cookie cutters in desired shapes. Lightly brush with water and sprinkle with seed.

8Bake 15 minutes until lightly browned.

9Store airtight.
