  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed

    Combine rest of ingredients and marinate wings (or halved chicken thighs) for at least 2 hours.
