- 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen leaf spinach
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- 1 medium onion, cut into rings
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions

1Cook spinach according to pkg.

3Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.

4Drain spinach and add onion rings; add soy sauce mixture and toss.

5Chill for 1 hour, tossing frequently.

6Serve in portions as a salad; garnish with toasted sesame seeds just before serving.

7Note: To toast sesame seed, gently heat a 2-3 oz.
