- 1 lb. firm tofu
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1/4 c. almonds, grind
Directions

1Cut tofu into 1/4-inch thick or 3/4-inch cubes.

2Mix soy sauce, onion, sesame seed, oil and almonds into small bowl.

3In a dish, put sliced tofu and mixed sauce on the top of tofu; make layer. Cook in microwave about 4 to 5 minutes.

4If you want to bring it to boil, use stainless pot or pan.

5Cook about 3 minutes on medium-high temperature.

6Serve with rice.
