  • 1/8 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 lb. lean hamburger, browned with 1 chopped onion
  • 1 qt. chopped tomatoes
  • buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Layer ingredients in order given in buttered casserole, adding salt, pepper and rice each time.
