- 2 lb. ground beef
- sliced potatoes
- sliced celery
- sliced onion
- sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- green pepper rings
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 small can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Brown the beef lightly.

2Put half in bottom of casserole.

3On top of this put one layer sliced potatoes, one layer sliced celery, one layer sliced onion, one layer sliced carrots, the raw rice, one layer green pepper rings and 1 small can mushrooms.

4Add the rest of the ground beef.

5Mix the tomato soup with the water; pour over casserole.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
