- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Laura Saunders' taco mix
- 2 to 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 to 5 medium ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can black olives, chopped finely
Directions

1Mix the sour cream and taco mix together.

2Layer each ingredient after another with the jalapeno bean dip at the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, then serve with tortilla chips.
