  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16-oz.)7-Up
  • 1 pkg. (small) vanilla instant pudding mix

    Mix first 3 ingredients. Add 7-Up in 3 parts, pouring slowly. Beat with mixer. Do not overbeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until springs back.
