Seven-Up Cake

Directions

   Let the margarine get soft, then blend with sugar and lemon extract.

   Add eggs, one at a time, and mix gradually.

   Add flour. Mix all these together.

   Add Seven-Up soda and beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

   Pour in a greased Bundt or tube pan.

   Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.

   Take out of the oven.

   Let it cool.

   Take it out of pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
