  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant pineapple pudding mix
  • 1 (7 oz.) can 7-Up
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well.

    Pour into prepared 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine pineapple, butter, sugar and flour in saucepan.

    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Stir in coconut.

    Spread over cake.
