Directions

1Heat ghee in a pan add seviyan & fry till golden brown.

2Soak saffron in 2-3 tsp milk.

3Add milk & let it come to a boil.

4Cook it till seviyan done.

5Add nuts, saffron, sugar, cardamom powder & cook it for another 5 mins.

6Transfer it into a glass bowl, garnish with almond, pistachio, cashew nut.

7Delicious seviyan is ready to serve.
