- 1 cup Almond Pulp
- 1/4 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/4 cups Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut

1In a food processor pulse dates and almond pulp until smooth.

3Scoop batter 1 tablespoon at a time onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, until golden around the edges.
