  • 1 medium nappa, cut across in 1 inch slices
  • 1 bunch spinach, cut in 1 inch slices
  • 3 to 4 pared carrots, sliced thin diagonally
  • 8 green onions, cut 2 inches long
  • 2 blocks regular tofu, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 12 small mushrooms or sliced matsutake
  • 1 (4 inch piece) konbu, rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. miso
  • 8 Tbsp. roasted suri goma
  • 2 Tbsp. Mirin
  • 5 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 c. warm dashi
  • 1/2 tsp. aji (optional)
  • 4 Tbsp. peanut butter
