- 2 (10 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 large onion
- 2 sticks margarine (8 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat the oven to 300°.

2Peel the onion and chop into small pieces.

3Melt margarine in a saucepan over very how heat.

4Grease bottom and sides of a baking dish. Put onion pieces, melted margarine, pork and beans, dry mustard, sugars, catsup and Worcestershire sauce in the baking dish and mix well.

5Sprinkle this mixture with salt and pepper.

6Cover the dish. Bake for 2 hours.

7Serve with applesauce, hot or cold.
