- 1/2 c. chopped red or green peppers
- 1/2 c. diced deli smoked turkey
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine the first 5 ingredients.

3In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add egg mixture.
