- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions

1Place eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in a covered jar and shake well.

2Heat butter in skillet until melted over medium heat.

3Be sure skillet is coated with butter.

4Pour egg mixture into hot skillet and cook over medium heat without stirring.

5Turn gently with pancake turner when eggs on the bottom start to get firm. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until eggs are slightly firm.
